Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth

• Fully accountable for portfolio-level P&L, including top-line revenue, organic growth, and targeted margin delivery
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned portfolio accounts, aligned with Cleartelligence’s firm-wide goals

Client Development & Relationship Expansion

• Drive opportunity origination across both new and existing clients by leveraging your own network and existing firm channels. Actively lead client pursuits and proposals in collaboration with practice leads and marketing teams
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across the private equity and mid-market ecosystem
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and in strategic partnerships

AI & Innovation Advisory

• Possess a working knowledge of AI/ML technologies and market trends, with the ability to advise clients on pragmatic, business-aligned AI investments
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into business value narratives that resonate with executive audiences

Team Leadership & Engagement Oversight

• Provide executive sponsorship and strategic guidance across active engagements
• Collaborate with Principal Consultants and delivery teams to align execution with client vision and value realization. Promote best-in-class delivery methodologies and service standardization across portfolio accounts
• Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation. Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of consulting and account management talent

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of consulting and data strategy experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or P&L-owning role
• Demonstrated success growing client portfolios in the Technology, Manufacturing, Media, Financial Services, Private Equity or Mid-Market sector
• Executive-level experience in account strategy, sales, and client delivery leadership
• Knowledge of the modern data and AI landscape, including the ability to position and sell AI-driven services and solutions
• Experience with data engineering principles and technologies, including data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes working with platforms like Snowflake and Databricks

As a Senior Data Management Consultant,  you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting data from diverse systems. Your primary focus will be to tackle complex data integration challenges, with the goal of constructing sophisticated analytics datasets that drive insightful decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from a variety of sources to gain a deep understanding of the underlying systems, ensuring effective integration and utilization for analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working extensively with relational databases and cloud-based data solutions

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Leadership & Architecture (35%)

• Serve as the senior technical authority for India-based delivery across:
  • Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)

The Senior Technical Team Lead – Data Management is a senior technical leader and people manager responsible for building, managing, and scaling an India-based Data Management delivery team while ensuring architectural excellence across client engagements.

This role reports directly to the Practice Director, Data Management and serves as a key leadership position within the global practice. The successful candidate will balance people management responsibilities (hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development) with hands-on architectural leadership across modern cloud data platforms, with a strong with a strong emphasis on Snowflake, dbt, Databricks, and enterprise data management best practices.

The role is accountable for delivery quality and technical standards for the assigned client engagement and partners closely with US-based architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.
